Initial Consultation

It is a chance for you to tell me about yourself and the present difficulties you are experiencing. We can then talk through what you are hoping for from therapy. It may be possible  to decide in the first meeting if it feels useful to have weekly sessions. If it is not so clear after meeting we could arrange to have a second consultation before deciding to go ahead. The Consultation is for an hour and ten minutes. The fee is £70.
